Personal Introduction from Master Kim

This series is my life's work and my baby. It is the treasure from my bosom. I cannot emphasize enough the transformational power of these practices, and it's been my work for the last 15 years to make this material irresistible and accessible to everyone.

I wanted to make it irresistible because I find these practices to be the ultimate secret to having a great and meaningful life. I feel these are essential tools that everyone needs to be fulfilled. 

The course is built on 2 minute practice time increments. The premise is that you can watch them when you are about to check your email or go on Facebook. All you need to do is click the video and follow the practice.  Instead of one more distraction or mindless moment in your day, you can have an experience of awakening and happiness.

The teachings are varied and diversified, and if practiced for even 2 minutes a day, yield a thousandfold reward in unexpected ways. For me, they have been the keys to opening up the mysteries of consciousness, energy, and spirit.

The course starts with Third Eye Meditation to still your mind and experience spaciousness and freedom, and you get to experience it from 13 different perspectives, each building on the last. This becomes the foundation, so that you can explore the secrets of life, awareness and energy.  Then you will learn the power of breath and energy, experience pleasure and balance your mind and body, awaken your abilities and improve health and vitality.  Finally, you will learn how to be in alignment so your energy flows effortlessly and you remain in the state you want to be in.

The program is completely self-paced, so you can go at your own speed of learning.  Each day you will receive another video that will take you to the next step in your journey, building on everything you have learned before.

  • How long are the videos?

    Videos start out between 2 and 5 minutes, and the longest is 20 minutes.

  • How can I watch the videos?

    Access them on any laptop, desktop, phone or tablet with an internet connection! The course tracks where you are in your progress and will automatically bring you to your next video when you log in.

  • What support is included as a student?

    We offer daily Zoom calls Monday - Friday to practice with others and get all the support you need, including Q &A with Senior Instructors. You also get access to a private facebook page for members.

  • Do I have to watch a new video every day?

    You do not! The course is completely self-paced. We recommend that you watch at least one video per day to keep you connected to your practice and your optimal state. You can watch a new video, re-watch the last one, or go back and review any earlier video. You pace your learning in the way that works best for you! And if you miss a day, don’t worry! We all have busy, modern lives, and this happens. The most important part of your practice is that you come back to it, and you can continue wherever you left off.

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes! You can pause your membership whenever you like, and if you resume you will pick up right where you left off!
