I am about halfway through and finding the details of the energy and breath practices to be really helpful to my Tai Chi and energy healing practice. I am not as sensitive to internal energy as I am to alignment and movement, and so the repetition of each practice with added nuance is really helpful in developing this sensitivity, and I trust that over time I will get there. What an opportunity to learn a whole energy cultivation system in this format! Watching Master Kim, hearing his voice, observing his energy, all make the practices really alive. When I do the practices on my own I notice certain things, and then when I tune in with the videos I get an instant comparison to how his body looks and how it feels, and I imagine I'll keep coming back to the videos for this kind of input that is beyond the content of the teachings. The details he explains are so nicely woven into the series--just enough novelty, just enough repetition and building. What has really impressed me is how, in such small doses, the lessons help bring a sense of spaciousness and abundance to the rest of my life, where if I'm getting tense or over-focused I know that watching one of the videos will help switch me into a better space, even when my brain is too fried to focus on meditation by myself. I just love the combination of detailed content on the practices and broader awareness (of what the attention is doing) that Master Kim brings to the teachings. Finally, you will learn how to be in alignment so your energy flows effortlessly and you remain in the state you want to be in.
The program is completely self-paced, so you can go at your own speed of learning. Each day you will receive another video that will take you to the next step in your journey, building on everything you have learned before.

How long are the videos?
Videos start out between 2 and 5 minutes, and the longest is 20 minutes.

How can I watch the videos?
Access them on any laptop, desktop, phone or tablet with an internet connection! The course tracks where you are in your progress and will automatically bring you to your next video when you log in.

What support is included as a student?
We offer daily Zoom calls Monday - Friday to practice with others and get all the support you need, including Q &A with Senior Instructors. You also get access to a private facebook page for members.

Do I have to watch a new video every day?
You do not! The course is completely self-paced. We recommend that you watch at least one video per day to keep you connected to your practice and your optimal state. You can watch a new video, re-watch the last one, or go back and review any earlier video. You pace your learning in the way that works best for you! And if you miss a day, don’t worry! We all have busy, modern lives, and this happens. The most important part of your practice is that you come back to it, and you can continue wherever you left off.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You can pause your membership whenever you like, and if you resume you will pick up right where you left off!
